- Performed wetland jurisdictional determination and coordinated with U. S. Army Corps of Engineers, South Florida Water Management District, and Broward County Environmental Planning & Growth Management Department for confirmation of wetland boundaries.
- Attained federal, state, and local wetland permits for project development including coordination with Loxahatchee Mitigation Bank for reservation of wetland mitigation credits.
- Performed listed species survey including Biological Consultation with the U. S. Fish & Wildlife Service for Eastern Indigo Snake habitat determination and Taking Permit.
- Performed a sub-meter accuracy GPS tree inventory and overlay onto aerial map and site plan.
