- Performed due diligence environmental assessment report for potential wetlands, upland habitat, and listed species for the 6.7-acre project site as part of the wastewater treatment facility upgrade for the Village of Indiantown.
- Performed Formal Wetland Jurisdictional Determination according to State (FDEP) regulations, and an Approved Jurisdictional Determination according to Federal (USACE) jurisdiction.
- Prepared the environmental sections of the application to FDEP for an Environmental Resource Permit (ERP) and attained permit issuance; Prepared an application to USACE for a State 404 review and attained issuance of a No Permit Required determination.
