- Performed a due diligence environmental assessment report for potential wetlands, and upland habitat, and listed species for the 53-acre project site.
- Performed a wetland delineation for 3 separate freshwater wetlands on the project site including flagging wetland boundaries and prepared an aerial boundary map of the approximate locations of all wetlands and surface waters.
- Prepared a Phase I Environmental Site Assessment Report according to ASTM Standard E 1527-13 as part of the due diligence phase for this project site.
